No one under the age of 18 may enter the property. Auction company and Seller are not responsible for removing, preparing for shipping or shipping property purchased at this sale. Some equipment will require mechanical assistance for removal. The Seller will have a forklift and operator available to assist in loading but no other equipment. Items not picked up during their scheduled times where no confirmed alternate arrangement with the Auction Company has been made, are subject to forfeiture. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The credit card the Bidder registered for the sale with shall be charged for purchases made by the Bidder with the following exceptions. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or debit card are required to notify the Auctioneer immediately after being notified by the Auctioneer of their successful purchase(s). Wire Transfer payment required for transactions of $2,000 or more. Credit card buyers will be charged a 4% convenience fee. A 15% Buyer premium will be charged on all purchases. If you choose to pickup, you can pay with CASH - (NO CHECKS) OR you can use your card in person with an added 3.5% card fee. OUT OF STATE invoices - We will run your card on file within 72 hours of the auction end for the invoice total only!!
