Buyers of vehicles will be required to bring signed title, receipt, and photo ID to the KPD in order to pick vehicles up. Buyer will be directed to the pick up location at that time. Any buyer who does not pick up vehicles in the alloted time frame will be charged an additional impound fee by the Kearney Police Department. All property sold by the Kearney Police Department is sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind by the City of Kearney.
