Terms and Conditions of Metal Building Sale
70' x 120' X 12' H steel frame building built in 2018 TO BE MOVED. For sale is a steel frame building and all remaining contents. Seller will hold a preview period prior to the conclusion of the auction (date and time TBD). Structural plans and building plans will be available to view at the open house.
5% buyer's premium plus a $2500 earnest payment. Earnest payment to be processed at the conclusion of the sale.
Building to be removed down to bare cement
All debris and trash be disposed of properly in a roll off dumpster at the expense of the purchaser.
Building removed by January 31st, 2025 (weather permitting). Extra time may be granted if inconvenient weather prevents removal.
All sales are final, and the building is sold as is.
Electrical and plumbing will need to be disconnected prior to any move at the expense of the purchaser. Please confirm with the city and the school.

24' X 60' portable classroom building TO BE MOVED. The building consists of 2 classrooms and a bathroom. Sale consists of the building and all remaining contents. The seller will hold a preview period prior to the conclusion of the auction (date and time TBD).
