Auction will open for bidding Monday May 6th & Close Saturday June 1st. Closeing will begin with a "Soft Close" starting at 11:00am EST / 10:00am CST, bidding within the last minute before the closing of that item will extend the bidding time by an additional 30 seconds. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on that item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing there bid. Preview is online or by appointment only! Items can be picked up at the location given upon purchase and must be removed within 6 days of auction by Saturday June 8th No Exceptions!. Pick up hours during that week are by appointment only! Everything is sold as is where is! Items that are not picked up within the alotted time frame will revert back to the orginal owner. TERMS: All items are sold as is where is!
