Shipping: When shipping is requested; buyers will receive a HiBid invoice and a PayPal invoice which will include the balance and shipping charges. Shipping will be to the address provided to PayPal with the payment. No exceptions. Damages that occur during shipping are between the buyer and the shipping company. Seller is not responsible for accidents. Once paid the buyer agrees not to contest the charges. This Agreement shall be construed and governed under and by the laws of the State of Nebraska for contracts entered and to be performed within Nebraska. The parties agree that, the exclusive venue for any legal action authorized hereunder shall be in Buffalo County, Nebraska. As part of the consideration for the entry of this Agreement by Seller, Buyer agrees not to contest the venue set forth herein and not to contest the exercise of personal jurisdiction over Buyer by any of the foregoing courts. The parties hereby waive all rights concerning the exercise of personal jurisdiction of them by the foregoing courts. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. Any item not removed by the designated time will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
