Terms and Conditions of Auction: All sales are final. Auctions can be paid for via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or can be paid for via cash at time of local pickup. Purchases made with a credit card will be charged with an additional 4% fee. Sales tax will be applied at 7.25% in Lincoln unless the buyer is tax exempt and provides proper paperwork showing so. Items may be picked up the week following the auction close dates at Capital City Sports Cards during business hours. Business hours are Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 11:00 AM-6:00 PM and Wednesday & Saturday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM. Any items with a certificate of authenticity are guaranteed by their respective companies. Any concern or discrepancy with autograph(s) that are already authenticated should be taken up with the item's respective authenticator.
