Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $5 minimum. Any items not picked up on the pickup date or arrangments made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $200 per lot maximum buyers premium. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
