PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS: After the auction closes the credit card on file is automatically charged. All invoices generated for successful bids must be paid in full by 3:00 p.m. the following business day after the auction's conclusion. Items will not be allowed to be picked up until the invoice is settled. INVOICE ISSUANCE: Invoices will be automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with your account upon the conclusion of an auction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is accurate and up to date. Failure to receive or view the invoice due to an incorrect or inactive email address does not relieve you of the payment obligation. Go 2 Guys Auction Co. are not responsible for you not receiving your invoice emails. Please make sure that you are aware you may need to check your spam/junk folder. LATE PAYMENT CONSEQUENCES: Failure to make full payment within the specified 24-hour period may result in consequences, including but not limited to the following: a. Back-up Bidder: Invoices not paid within 24 hours will lose their items. Back up bidders will have the opportunity to purchase the item(s) for the last bid amount. Delinquent buyers will be responsible for paying the difference in the purchase amount. b. Suspension of Account: Failure to pay within the designated time frame may result in the temporary suspension or termination of your account, thereby limiting your ability to participate in future auctions conducted by Go 2 Guys Auction Co. c. Legal Action: Go 2 Guys Auction Co. reserves the right to pursue legal action or engage collection agencies to recover any unpaid balances, and you may be responsible for all associated costs and fees. DISPUTES AND REFUNDS: If you believe there is an error with your invoice or have any disputes regarding the amount owed, it is your responsibility to contact Go 2 Guys Auction Co. within 24 hours from the time of receipt. Failure to report discrepancies or disputes within this timeframe may result in the waiver of your right to contest the invoice.
