Description
The Teton County 4-H and Collins Auctions invites you to the annual Teton County 4-H Fair Livestock Auction. The 4-H kids have been working all year to raise and train all their livestock for the 4-H fair! 4-H Fair Schedule Thursday June 27 Weatherbeater 5 to 7 pm: Swine Weigh-in Friday June 28 Weatherbeater 8:45 am: Presentation of Flags 9 am: Swine - Market and Showmanship Classes 12 noon: Lamb and Goat Weigh in and Ultrasound 2 pm: Lamb and Goat Breeding Classes 2:30 pm: Lamb and Goat Market and Showmanship Classes 5 to 7 pm: Beef Weigh-in Saturday June 29 Weatherbeater 8:45 am: Presentation of Flags 9 am: Beef Shows - Breeding, Dairy, Market, and Showmanship Classes 12 noon: Round Robin Showmanship Contest 5 to 6 pm: Meat and Greet Buyer Appreciation Event 5 to 6 pm: Registration for Livestock Sale 6 pm until finished: Livestock Auction We will begin selling animals at 6pm MDT sharp.
Must be 18 to bid. Photo ID is required Payment accepted is Cash, Check or Credit card. A 5% fee is added to the total if you choose to pay with a card. All sales Final Currency is USD Weights are in LB Quantity column is Weight in lb

4-H supporters may purchase a whole animal as an individual or with a group. Animals purchased at our auction are transported the next day to a state-inspected, licensed processor (Glacier Processing Cooperative in Columbia Falls), courtesy of the 4-H Livestock Committee. New in 2024 - Refrigerated Transport! The Livestock Committee has hired a driver and refrigerated truck to deliver your boxed, frozen meat from Glacier Processing Cooperative to the Teton County pick up point (the Weatherbeater Arena) when processing is completed. New in 2024 - Buyer's Choice! A livestock ultrasound specialist will assess our animals' carcass traits upon arrival at the Fair. This means that buyers are free to take purchased animals to their processor of choice after the sale. (Note that reservations with a processor other than our official processor are made by the buyer, in advance.) Buyer's Choice animals must be picked up by 12 noon on Sunday June 30
