This auction is located in St. Charles and features a wide variety of household items. Home is clean, non smoking and I didn't notice any signs of recent pets. We have auction lots on the main level, basement (with walkout), garage and front yard. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. 99% of the items in the home are used and likely show some wear. **Be sure to bring help to remove any large furniture pieces and bulk lots** **PICK UP IS SUNDAY 6/2/2024 from 10AM - 1PM** Pick up is Sunday only 6/2/24 from 10AM to 1PM.
