You'll see lots of tools, seasonal items, patio furniture, and more. This sale has something for everyone and there is something you need to have in the catalog. As with every auction, everything is sold as is, where is with no returns accepted. We do our best to test items and accurately display the results, but just like these items, we're not perfect. All items will have a soft close on them. This means that if a bid on an item is received in the last few minutes of an auction, the auction for that item will extend by 2 minutes. This is done in order to prevent bid sniping. Payment for an item AND its shipping costs must be received before an item will be shipped or picked up. Auctioneers Note: We do our very best to catalog items in a detailed manner, however, we cannot do a detailed testing of each item. If an item is brand new and sealed in the box, we have marked it as such. Otherwise, the item may be used, not functioning properly, or defective. All items new, used, or broken are sold as is, where is with no guarantees, actual or implied. No returns will be accepted. Your credit cards will be processed within 24 hours of the auction end time. If the card on file is declined, you will be contacted to pay with another card or by cash in person. If you do not return our calls, emails, etc, regarding your failure for payment, your items will not be held AND you will be banned from bidding on our online auctions. You cannot receive your items unless you have paid for them. Once an item is shipped, the item is under your ownership. We will accept no responsibility for your items once they leave our facility. We will purchase no extra insurance for shipping items. Your balance will be charged to the card on file within 24 hours of the auction end. If you do not pick up your items or arrange for later pickup or shipping within 5 days of auction end, ownership of your won items will be relinquished to Rocking R Enterprises, LLC and the items may be sold again, regardless of whether or not payment has been received for the items.

We do not want you to bid on something you need shipped if it is too large. We charge USPS Shipping Cost plus $5, $10 or $15 for packaging material. We do not purchase extra insurance. Items will ship within 5 business days. You must pay for an item and its shipping costs before we ship the item. Once an item is shipped, it is considered to be under your ownership. We do not accept returns and do not accept responsibility for your items once they leave our facility.
