"During and after snow storms earlier this year. Heavy, later winter snow begins the hydration of the prairie and produces green grasses before the March and April showers. Walking in fresh snow is a visual experience that is uncommonly silent, and everything fades to shades of blues, browns, white, and greys. I only "hunt" watercolor compositions, but I understand my sons' love for experiencing the outdoors and wild game. " Watercolor. Framed, 22.75H x 29.5W. Steven Moser is a Manhattan, Kansas-based visual artist primarily working in watercolor. His Flint Hills paintings focus on the Pawnee elements of Sky, Wind, Land and Water.
