You assume all of the risk in the pre-shipping storage of your property and in the actual shipping. Any claims for damaged or missing items are strictly between the buyer and the shipping company. We do not offer a pickup option. All items will be shipped according to our listed terms and conditions. -We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales. -As a licensed FFL Dealer, we will perform necessary background checks and paperwork in compliance with the law. -Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers without exceptions. -Bidders uncertain about passing background checks are advised not to bid, as no reimbursement will be provided in such cases   SHIPPING IN-HOUSE: JP's Estate Liquidation will hold your items for 5 days from when the auction ends, you will receive a text and email with instructions on pickup or shipping within 24hrs of the auction closing. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume you no longer need the items purchased and we will dispose of the items. Please understand that we have to pack your items so that they arrive safely. With that being said, there will be a cost for packaging and shipping. Please make sure you are considering the extra cost of packaging and shipping charges for the items you purchase. The shipping & packaging charges will vary.
