Join us for a quick 5 day sale in Chesterfield MO. This smoke free ranch home has items on the mail level, deck, basement with garage walk out, and backyard area. The front entrance does require stairs. We will have limited helpers to remove items so please bring help. Be sure to check all pictures and lot descriptions. Most items in the home, especially furniture pieces show wear. The basement has construction going on and items are dusty. We make no attempt to improve items. They are sold as is.
**PICK UP IS THURSDAY 6/27/24 from 2 PM to 6 PM**
Pick up is Thursday only 6/27/24 from 2 PM to 6 PM. Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up are forfeited. Contact us early if you're not picking up because this home is getting clean out. Large items not picked up may incur a removal fee.
IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. Items not picked up are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist.
REMINDER: Items are used and most show wear normal with age and use. Some items have cat hair and/or need cleaning. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. I point to wear and tear and try to make note in the lot descriptions. You are bidding on mostly used items. Expect wear. Check pictures. You're welcome to contact me if you have additional questions.
Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces.
No shipping without Auctioneer approval. **$25 MIN PER LOT - ON APPROVED LOTS ONLY** DO NOT BID UNLESS THE CURRENT BID HITS AT LEAST $20. We only ship small non fragile, easy to package items (ex-quilt). We are not shipping any glassware lots, art pieces or bulk lots. You must contact Heather for approval - Heathershayne@gmail.com. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees.
Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout or contact us if you're having problems. Texting is preferred 636-346-3493.
Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested onsite. We do not issue any refunds once the item leaves and/or after pick up ends. Thank you.
