Join us in Creve Coeur for another fun sale! This house is clean, smoke free and doesn't show any signs of pets. Highlights of the sale include multiple MCM pieces, including two large rare swung vases, multiple vintage butterfly pieces, home decor, furniture and much more. We have auction lots on the main level, basement, garage and yard area. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. Most of the items in the home are used and some show some wear normal with age and use.

Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting fully cleaned out so all items must go. We cannot transport lots. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. Thank you.

We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist.
REMINDER: Items are used and most show wear normal with age and use. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. I point to wear and tear and try to make note in the lot descriptions. You are bidding on mostly used items. Expect wear. Check pictures. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces.
No shipping without Auctioneer approval. **$25 MIN PER LOT - ON APPROVED LOTS ONLY** DO NOT BID UNLESS THE CURRENT BID HITS AT LEAST $20. We only ship small non fragile, easy to package items (ex-quilt). We are not shipping any glassware lots, art pieces or bulk lots. You must contact Heather for approval - Heathershayne@gmail.com. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees.
Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout or contact us if you're having problems. Texting is preferred 636-346-3493.
Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested onsite. We do not issue any refunds once the item leaves and/or after pick up ends. Thank you.
