Highlights of the sale include numerous original paintings by Local St. Louis Artist Gisela Bulle, Cartier Crystal Decanters, Baccarat Crystal, Steuben Glass, LLADRO Figurines, German Steins, several unique artist made pieces, vintage furniture and much more. We have auction lots on the main level, upstairs, basement (walkout with stairs), garage and carport area. The basement did have water damage in the past and items located in the basement are likely dusty and need cleaning. Some of the furniture in the basement shows lots of damage. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. Most of the items in the home are used and several show some wear normal with age and use. Lots 5-499 are located primarily on the main level and garage. Lots 500-599 are located upstairs. Lots 600-699 are located on the main level. Lots 700+ are located in the basement. **Be sure to bring help to remove any large furniture pieces and bulk lots** **PICK UP IS SUNDAY 6/23 from 10 AM to 4 PM** Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited. Contact us prior to the auction ending to see if an alternative pick up time is available. Thank you. IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. Items not picked up are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist. REMINDER: Items are used and most show wear normal with age and use. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. I point to wear and tear and try to make note in the lot descriptions. You are bidding on mostly used items. Expect wear. Check pictures. You're welcome to contact me if you have additional questions. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. We only ship small non fragile, easy to package items (ex-quilt). We are not shipping any glassware lots, art pieces or bulk lots. You must contact Heather for approval - Heathershayne@gmail.com. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout or contact us if you're having problems. Texting is preferred 636-346-3493. Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited.
