Overland Online Estate Auciton. Home has been through an estate sale and this is whats left. There are a number of large lots. A dumpster will be on site and you only have to take what you want.
1 About This Location
Home has a handicap ramp up to the front door with railing. Items will have to go down the ramp for exit. Home also has an upstairs & Basement
2 Pick Up Details
Pick up is Sunday, April 28th from 10AM-2PM Bring packing material and boxes for small fragile items. A dumpster will be on site. You do not have to take all of your items.
3 Stair Warning (do not bid)
Lots in the 100's are located upstairs Lots in the 200's are located in the basement and outside. There is not a walkout. All items will have to be carried up stairs
