All items sell as is -- as received with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 on Monday, August 29th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from noon until 6 on Wednesday, August 31st at the home. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and effective February 1, 2020 we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER.
