This is an online only auction to liquidate an Estate in Crestwood, MO. All items sell as is, as received with no attempt to improve. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all bids. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, August 15th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, August 17th, at the home. The previous tennant did have a cat and smoked inside the home. It is not overbearingly obvious, but if you have allergies or sensitivity please be aware Shipping is provided by the UPS store. We do not have any control over the price and / or fees associated with shipping. If you require shipping please let us know in the Notes to Auctioneer section at registration and / or reply to your invoice for shipping. A $5 fee will be charged by the courier to transport to the UPS store.
