Join us in Chesterfield for a packed sale with multiple designer and quality made pieces. This smoke free ranch home has lots on the main level, basement without walkout, backyard area, and in the garage. Furniture Lots in the 300s are in the Basement and must come up the stairs. We will have some staff on site to assist but we get very busy during pick up. Remember to bring help, boxes and packaging supplies if needed. Home is packed and limited number of people can be inside at once. **REGULAR PICK UP IS THURSDAY 9/12/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM WITH FULL STAFF** WE'RE OFFERING LIMITED PICK UP FRIDAY THE 13TH FROM NOON TO 2 PM (SMALLS ONLY) LARGE FURNITURE NEEDS TO PICK UP THURSDAY. OTHERWISE GET APPROVAL FROM HEATHER PRIOR TO BIDDING. Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting fully cleaned out so all items must go. We cannot transport or set out lots. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. For alternative pick up options you must get approval BEFORE bidding. Thank you. Effective 9/1/2024: We are no longer transporting lots for bidders who miss pick up. Every auction has 4 to 8 bidders request alternative picks ups and we simply can't keep up. It is your responsibility to pick up during the scheduled time. Items not picked up are forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout or contact us if you're having problems. Texting is preferred 636-346-3493. Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items.
