Out of state purchases are exempt from all taxes. Items MUST be paid for on pick-up day. A $25.00 minimum fee for non scheduled day pick ups will be charged. No exceptions! Items not picked up or arranged for shipping over 14 days become property of JD Garage Auctions LLc and will be resold. All non paying bidders will be banned from future HiBid auctions. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the internet hammer. 2. No payments or pickups can be made before removal date. 3. If you are unable to pay for and pickup your items on removal date and time, PLEASE DO NOT BID. $25.00 fee for non load out day pickups. Pickups will be ON POSTED DATE or by appointment only. 4. There will be a 15% buyer's premium for all bidders added to the hammer price of each lot and it will be considered part of the total purchase price. 5. Items that are to be shipped must be paid for in full before shipment is scheduled. No items will be released until paid for in full. 6. Every effort is made to describe the items as accurately as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect before bidding, to be certain that the item meets your standards and expectations. Our descriptions are not a substitute for your inspection. No refunds! 7. We cannot guarantee that the item will be available after pick up day unless item is paid for and arrangements are made. Items will only be held for 1 week regardless . 8. If you cannot pick up on the last day of removal, a $5.00 per item, per day storage fee will apply. If items are not picked up one week after the final removal day, your items will be resold - NO EXCEPTIONS! You will also be banned from bidding in any future JD Garage Auctions 9. JD Garage Auctions reserves the right to use a third party packing and shipping service at any time. Any items packed & shipped in-house are subject to the following: $5 per lot handling fee + appropriate material costs BUYERS WHO REQUIRE SHIPPING AGREE TO ALL PACKING AND SHIPPING COSTS regardless of in-house or third party services. SHIPPING / HANDLING – Shipping on approved items marked with shipping. If an item is not marked for shipping we WILL NOT SHIP however the buyer is still responsible for payment. It will be the winning bidders responsibility to arrange for private shipping or transportation or to forfeit the item. BUYER AGREES TO PAY ALL PACKING SERVICE CHARGES ON THESE ITEMS 10. JD Garage Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction without liability. 11. We do not guarantee authenticity of any signature. By placing a bid on this auction you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed . Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 15% BUYERS PREMIUM (15% BP) on this auction. Applicable State Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, JD Garage Auctions reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.
