Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. Payment Terms
Payment forms accepted are Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. (There is a 3% fee for paying by credit card.) Payments must be made by 7:00pm Thursday September 27th or your invoice total will be charged including all fees to the credit card you used to register to bid.
This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. Pick up and checkout date is Thursday September 27th from 10:00am until 7:00pm EST. This will be the ONLY payment and pick up day. There will be no Friday or weekend pick up times for this auction. All items must be picked up and paid for during this time without exception. There will be no Friday, Saturday or Sunday pick up at all for this sale. Payment and pick up location is at the auction location located at 5065 Kenway Court Sterling Heights, MI 48310. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. Be advised that buyers are responsible for loading all items including large equipment. All invoices must be paid for and lots picked up before Thursday September 27th at 7:00pm without exception. If you have not paid for and picked up your items by this time then the credit card you registered with will be used to settle your invoice including all purchases and fees and the items will be considered abandoned. If the credit card you have on file fails to process you will be blocked from bidding on further auctions until your account is settled including all fees including a $50 reinstatement fee. We are easy to work with as long as you make arrangements ahead of time. Please call if you have any issues.
