Every effort has been made to photograph and describe the items in their entirety. Buyers are afforded to opportunity to preview the items to determine condition and value. All representations of condition and value are up to the bidder. All final bids will be honored by both seller and buyer. Please take advantage of the preview date and time to assess all items prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for settling and removing their items at the listed checkout date and times. All items not settled at the specified checkout date and time will be charged to the winning bidders registered credit card, along with all applicable fees and charges. Any arrangements other than the specified checkout date and times must be made with Leist Auctioneers prior to bidding. There will be no exceptions or late accomodations. Buyer is responsible for loading all items. Leist Auctioneers will not have staff available to assist in loading. Please bring help for larger items. No exceptions will be made in this matter due to liability. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the final selling price. For example, a winning bid of $100 will result in a final selling price of $110. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% additional processing fee.
