Conditions of sale before bidding online through Schut Auctions, LLC, you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of bidding. Please, please read through the terms and conditions carefully before bidding. When you sign your Bidder Registration Agreement (by clicking the accept button online), you enter into a binding legal agreement with the seller and Schut’s Auctions. All items are sold “as is” “where is” We try our very best to describe the item as best we can and provide pictures to best represent the items listed. If additional information/pictures are wanted, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is up to the buyer to determine the value and condition of each item based on the description/ pictures provided. We are not an authenticator and cannot provide guarantees unless stated in the pictures and description. We try our best to describe the item with our best knowledge based on research education, and overall market experience and information but it is up to you as the buyer to determine what you are buying, how it may be used, how much you should pay for it and how you are going to remove the item from the premises. LEGAL: You agree not to hold Schut Auctions, LLC and its clients, consignors, employees, agents, successors, officers, directors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or relating to any claim or action based upon your use of internet bidding or live auctions or other sales or your otherwise breach of this agreement. We cannot be held responsible for weather related issues; work stoppages due to illness, labor disputes; disruption in utility services- such as the internet, software or other computer problems; from the electric company or any other circumstances out of our control. As previously mentioned, all property sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" and neither Schut’s Auctions nor the Consignor(s) makes any representation of warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property or any use or repurpose of a particular item. PLEASE double check the description to know what you are bidding on. Since all sales are FINAL, Schut’s Auctions will make no refunds, and will not allow charge-backs from your bank cards. Please carefully review the descriptions, then verify the information to your satisfaction before you bid. WE CANNOT REVERSE BIDS so once you bid, it is permanent and cannot be changed. A minimum reserve price may be disclosed or kept confidential on an auction. PAYMENT: All payments must be made by Paypal or cash. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the agreed upon pick up time/place, we will consider the item abandoned and will charge the bank card on file including a $25.00 fee for each lot plus any additional expense required in removing the item. SHIPPING: Shipping is available on most lots. Shipping will be actual shipping plus $4 handling fee which covers the cost for tape, package, ink, markers, pens, paper, etc. Combine shipping is available and you will be sent an invoice to pay with combined shipping charges. PREMIUM: A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price. Example: $100.00 x .15 = $115.000. SALES TAX: We sell locally. We work from Wexford County, Michigan USA. We collect 6% sales tax on all items.
