Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted.  **We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. Pull up to the side of the building near the big garage door.  Storage is not an option as we have limited storage space in our warehouse. If winning bidders do not pick up their won items during the posted dates and times above, items will be considered abandoned and handled per our terms and conditions. The only exceptions are those bidders who are on our 2 week pick up list (this policy still applies after the second week of pickup dates/times) or those who have received confirmation from us that a later pickup date is allowed. WE must hear from you before the last pickup day for the auction. If the auction pick up dates have passed, your items will have been considered abandoned and may no longer be available. -------------------------------------------- SHIPPING: We also ship ELIGIBLE items within the continental US & Canada.. No other international shipping, except Canada. Canadians, please be aware that the actual shipping costs can be expensive for you and you are responsible for any customs or duties fees. If it does not say this on that specific lot, then WE CAN NOT SHIP the item. Welcome to this weeks On-line 1st Dibs Auction for Old School Trading Co! ALL LOTS ARE UPLOADED! This sale will be a little different than my traditional Estate or Downsizing auctions, and I will hold a new one every Wednesday night if an Estate Sale is not scheduled! I still have some consignments and rooms full of boxes that I am trying to unpack, and you will be offered these items here first! There will be quite an assortment of VINTAGE household, HUNTING, tools, HAEGER, toys, STAMPS, books, COINS, some clothes and accessories, food, COMICS, jewelry, art, furniture (some repurposed), collectables, albums, glassware, NFL & BASEBALL CARDS, furniture, TRAINS, and so many more different items each week! They will run somewhat simular to e-bay, some might have a starting bid, some might offer a 'buy it now' option with NO BUYERS FEE, and if it doesn't sell the first ime, you might see it relisted. One of the things that is better than e-bay, is that the timer on each lot will add 2 minutes to the clock everytime someone bids so that everyone gets a fair chance! You can put your max bids in ahead of time of course, and 'Live' bidding starts at 7PM sharp as lots start to close out. Most lots can be shipped to 'out of towners' and locals can pick up at my shop located at 1638 10th Ave. Menominee. Some lots might need to be picked up at the consigners address, but that will be noted in description. Items not sold will then be put out on the store floor and possibly relisted at a later date!
