Checkout Date/Time Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday March 13th, 2025 from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday March 14th, 2025 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm EST. These are the only times items may be paid for and picked up. Please follow signs to the side door of the building for Payment then you will be directed to the rear of the building to pick up your items. We will be pulling all orders and delivering them curbside at the rear of the building. We will only be allowing customers inside the building if absolutely needed. Auctioneer's Note - This auction is not held at our location. All activities for this auction will take place at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. This includes all Open Houses, Pick up and payment times. Also there is absolutely no shipping options available for this auction without exception. This is the 23rd year for the Blue Water Area Humane Society Benefit Auction and agian the donations that have come in do not disappoint. Photo and item descriptions along with full catalog will be posted and updated when we get closer to the auction date. Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids due to power outage, Internet outage, natural disaster, or any reason that may negatively affect the ability for a majority of our bidders to place bids or for us to capably conduct the auction in a way that is fair to everyone including buyers and sellers. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday March 14th, 2025 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. Special Note: All purchases will be gathered by invoice by BWAHS Volunteers, Payment will made made at the first door of the building then buyers will retrieve items from the rear of the building.
