TERMS: Additional time can be provided for pick up, only if pre-arranged and the item is paid. Items not picked up within one week will be considered abandoned. 12% buyer's premium on all items will be applied to winning bids, no sales tax. All items must be paid prior to pick up or shipping. Payment: Payments will be completed automatically with the credit card on file after auction end. If items are shipped, you must send photo of state issued ID for proof of address. Shipping charges are added to your card after items is weighed. AW Auctions reserves the right to hold winning bid items until payment has been cleared. Buyer waives the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Loss of Bidding Privileges: If you fail to pay for an item or pick up in a timely manner, bidding privileges will be revoked. They may be restored by paying for item and placing card on file so future charges are automatically completed. Payments at pick up must be pre-approved. Otherwise, all items must be paid for upon auction end. All items are sold AS IS with no warranty or guarantee and all sales are FINAL. AW Auctions tests unopened items and states working or non-working condition for each item. Additional item pictures can be requested by contacting AW Auctions. All descriptions of items are believed to be accurate, however, AW Auctions does not make any warranties or guarantees of any kind with respect to the property and cannot be held responsible. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made themselves acquainted with these conditions, the person has examined the items to their satisfaction or requested additional pictures or videos. AW Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion and to withdraw any item before or during the sale. Neither AW Auctions shall be liable for personal injury on the premises of the sale. We reserve the right to cancel and reopen the auction in the event of system failure. PICK UP: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging removal of the items at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. All items must be picked up at 1311 East Main Street, Flushing, MI 48433. Pick up days are to be arranged for Saturday or Sunday following the auction.
