Auction Terms & Conditions Bidder and Auctioneer (All ACES Auctions) agree that the terms listed below shall govern this online auction: AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding on this auction, bidder agrees to accept, without limitation, to abide by these terms, conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. REGISTRATION: It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure all information provided during the registration process is current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. At our sole discretion, we may deny registration to any person or entity. BUYER PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all lots. This premium will be reflected on your invoice. PAYMENT: Buyer will receive an invoice via electronic mail after the close of the auction. Payment for purchases must be made by ACH, credit card, USPS Money Order, or Certified Bank Cashier's Check. All invoices over $500 REQUIRE payment by ACH, USPS Money Order, or Certified Bank Cashier's Check. We will automatically charge the credit card on file with HiBid at noon the day after auction close for invoices under $500 unless you let us know that you wish to pay a different method. Any item or lot not paid for in full by the 7th day after auction close will result in suspension or permanent ban of bidder from future All ACES Auctions events. If payment is not received, ownership of the items will revert to All ACES Auctions. SALES TAX: All sales are subject to state Sales Tax laws. Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax. Out of state bidders will not be charged sales tax. If bidder claims an exemption from sales tax, it is their responsibility to provide the appropriate resale or exemption certificate for each auction. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: We make every effort to provide an accurate description of items or lots. ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied. There are no refunds issued. Please ask any questions before bidding. SHIPPING/ PICK-UP: Shipping is available and cost will be computed after auction closes. We can combine shipping if you purchase multiple items. The computed shipping price will include actual shipping cost and a $5 handling charge per package. WE WILL CALCULATE SHIPPING RATES ON A VARIETY OF PROVIDERS TO FIND YOU THE MOST AFFORDABLE OPTION POSSIBLE. If you prefer to pickup your items, YOU MUST LET US KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE. Otherwise, your items will be shipped and your card will be charged. We will setup and appointment for you to pickup your items within 1 week of the auction close date. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at the close of auction, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from seller premises. We can only ship to the continental USA, sorry AK, HI, and APO. Shipping will be added to your invoice if requested. Your item will be shipped to the address on file with your HiBid account. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS ON HIBID IS CORRECT! SUSPENSION / PERMANENT BAN: All ACES Auctions reserves the right to suspend bidding or ban bidding at our discretion. A bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site for providing false or fraudulent information when registering or for failing to honor an auction bid made under bidder's account. ADJUSTMENTS: All ACES Auctions reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the auction sale. BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: Placing a bid is a binding contract between you and All ACES Auctions. The bid cannot be retracted. All ACES Auctions reserve the right to reject any bids, at our sole discretion. By bidding, you also agree NOT to initiate any type of credit card chargeback. Any issues must be brought to the attention of All ACES Auctions for resolution. AUTO EXTEND FEATURE: If an auction receives a bid in the last three minutes, the ending time for that auction will automatically be extended by three minutes. Once three minutes have passed without any bidding, the item will close. This allows all bidders an equal opportunity to be the high bidder if they so choose.
