Out of state customers are exempt from Michigan Sales Tax PAYMENT TERMS: All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after auction ending. We accept - Cash, Major Credit Cards and PayPal. No personal or business checks will be accepted unless buyer is known by Auction Company. Out of town buyers must arrange payment before end of scheduled pick up days. *** Please let us know if you prefer to pay via PayPal or Credit Card. *** All other buyers are expected to pay for and pick up their items during the scheduled pick up days unless prior arrangements have been made. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. ***If you are having your items shipped, you will receive a second invoice to pay via credit card or PayPal.*** SHIPPING: Shipping is available for smaller items. If it fits in a USPS flat rate priority box, we will ship it to you. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping costs in addition to invoice total for items won. *** Buyer must notify Auction company before end of removal dates/times, if shipping is requested. *** Items will ship within 5 business days of payment receipt. Tracking will be provided to buyer when package(s) ships ITEM PICKUP: ALL items must be picked up during scheduled pick up times, unless prior 3arrangements have been made. *** Any items not picked up during scheduled pick up times, will be considered forfeited/abandoned, unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to sell or discard said items. *** Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of all items purchased. We cannot guarantee we will have staff available to help with loading on pick up days. Please bring boxes or bags to transport your items. *** If you are unable to pick up and/or make payment during our scheduled pick up dates, please do not bid. *** Any bidder who makes a habit of not paying for items in full during pick up days will have their bidding privileges revoked. BIDDING EXTENSION: Bidding will extend by 3 minutes if there is a new bid within last 3 minutes before item(s) due to close. NO GUARANTEES ON ITEMS: All items are sold as-is with no implied condition or guarantee on the items. We will attempt to disclose any issues/flaws in item description. Please bid accordingly. WINNING NOTIFICATION: Buyers will receive notification of winning invoice shortly after auction closes. *** No winning bids can be withdrawn after auction close. *** A winning bid is considered a binding contract.
