Auction opening date is September 12, 2020. You may leave bids online beginning on that date. Auction will close September 18, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm. Any bid placed by a bidder other than the current winning bidder in the last two minutes will extend the closing. Starting bid for this auction begins at 5.00
Pick up hours will be September 21, 2020 between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm at 408 E. Antieam St Hagerstown MD 21740. If pickup date needs special scheduling contact Auctioneer.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 15% Buyers Premium applies and will be added to all winning bids. Announcement day of sale takes precedence over all printed material. NO REFUNDS will be granted should items won at auction fail to be picked up at the designated time and date. Any items left behind after 14 days will be considered abandoned. INVOICES are processed the following business day after the auction closes. Maryland Sales tax of 6% will be added to the winning bid price plus the 15% premium. Tax exempt buyers must email their tax certificates to elwoodsauction@gmail.com prior to the closing of auction. For this auction tax certificates need to be received by September 15, 2020.
