Welcome to Wachter's Online Auctions. All Items being Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Shipping is available at the buyers expense, Curbside pick-up available during business hours. Please Call us @ 410-635-6222 or email at wwachterauctions@gmail.com about any shipping questions for items BEFORE you bid, if you have questions. Payments for items are to be arranged with Wachter Auctions and Appraisals within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers who need items shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of the sales end with the 3 digit security code of the credit card, so that we can start the shipping process immediately. In person viewing for our online sales will be Monday,Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM during business hours, or call us to schedule a preview of the items.

Notice to BUYERS
Anyone who purchases an item will have 5 Business Days to pick your items up. If you are unable to pick your items up within that 5 days please call to arrange a day to pick your items up. Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by Wachter Auctions and Appraisals Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. By Registering, you are agreeing to receive an emailed invoice after normal business hours. In most auctions, we email our invoices after 9:00pm (Eastern time)

We will be moving to bi-weekly online auctions. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring.
Firearms:
All FFL regulations will be followed. Buyers of firearms that require paperwork, must complete a NIC background . All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (MKP Tactical ) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to MKPtactical@gmail.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping through a third party(Wachter Auctions does not ship firearms), and it must be shipped to a FFL Licensed Dealer from MKP Tactical.
Fees for firearms:
$45 for the first firearm and $15 for processing and Background fee for additional firearms purchased in the same auction.
Winning buyers can pick their purchase up at MKP Tactical during business hours.
