Greetings from yet another fantastic auction. We have amassed hundreds of works of art from our Estates over the last few years but have not had a venue to sell them. I have currently divided the artwork into several auctions. Included will be many (less than $100) notable artists artwork. These auctions feature well-known artists, such as Maxwell Parrish, Bessie Page Gutmann, Windberg, Herbelot Venesia, and R. Atkinson Fox. While some lack signatures, they are nevertheless functional for daily décor. There are no reserves in this auction. In the future are auctions, there will be some very high valued pieces but will not be able to list those until we have built an audience for this type auction. If we are not able to build an audience through HiBid, we will not be able to try and sell them on here but before sending them to major auction houses to be auctioned off, we will at least try to find a buyers interested in them. As much as we have liked learning more about some of the artwork after researching them, we hope you appreciate these auctions as well. Just having a little auction to relieve some of the jewlery we've been sitting on. I think the tides are starting to change and we're changing along with them. We have a 20,000 square foot complex that is busting at the seams and it's time to sell as much as we can to bring in more. We have over 500 pounds of jewelry / vanity stock and this is a very conservative guess. I would venture to guess there's probably at least a couple of hundred more so if I can keep up the stamina I would ike to just keep my jewelry / vanity auctions ongoing for a while at least. Online Auction for the Sale and Removal of a House (Sale or Salvage) Located at 3210 Kirkman Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana The structure included in this online auction is as follows: two (2) bedroom/one (1) bath single-family house with approximately 1,555 square feet of gross building area (GBA) 400 square feet of garage area. No minimum bid for the house will be set for the sale of this house. In order to preview the inside of the house an appointment will need to be made with Sadie R. Devall with Calcasieu Parish Police Jury. You can call (337) 496-7669 to schedule an appointment. The successful bidder is responsible for all costs related to the moving or salvaging of the house and said house must be moved and/or salvaged within two (2) months of the bid award. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits to move and/or salvage the house from the Parish property. Successful bidder must provide proof of insurance from the house mover or demolition company to the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury for approval before any moving or demolition activities commence. The house will be sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty. Disconnection of all electrical, plumbing, insulation, and structural integrity of the house will be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, including the cleanup of all debris and trash associated with the house. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to select a route in which to remove the house from the premises and in the event roadside electrical lines need to be moved or access is needed through adjacent properties, the contractor shall be responsible for making those arrangements. Any damage and liability incurred during access on adjacent properties or during the removal of the structure will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to repair. The successful bidder may have to split the house into sections in order to safely remove it from Parish property. Successful bidder agrees to protect, indemnify, exonerate, and hold harmless, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury as well as Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions, Inc. from any and all claims for any natural or legal person, firm, corporation, partnership, entity, or anyone acting whatsoever made against them resulting from, arising from, connected from, growing out of and/or incidental damages from the sale of the above-mentioned house or its moving and/or salvaging.
