Measurement on pictures, prints & painting will be provided on the outside dimentions of the frames. THERE WILL BE A PREVIEW TIME SETUP FOR VIEWING OF EACH AUCTION. - All items will have a 15% buyer's premium (ADMINISTRATION COSTS) added to the final price, then HST of 15% will be applied. - Pickup and removal MUST happen on the pickup date and time provided. $15.00 per day may be charged to those lots that are not removed on the pickup date and no prior arrangements made with Moe before the auction. Items not picked up on pickup day and no arrangements made will be destroyed or resold. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED. - Buyer MUST bring their own help, tools and any items needed for packing and boxing of items. Any items left after the pickup time will be removed at the new owner's expense and billed to your credit card. - Moe's Auctioneering Service and (Employees) will not be liable for any loss, damage or accidents that may occur on any auction premises.
