Soft Close for this Auction will begin at 8:00 PM (EST) on Sundays. PAYMENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE SALE, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. We reserve the right to add or/and remove any lots while the auction is running. We hold the right to escalade any unpaid invoices to Ontario courts or collection agencies, and bidder will receive a negative rating and potentially be banned from bidding with Discount Hunters. All items that we are NOT able to ship will be identified in the Lot Description. It is your responsibility to be aware of any items we cant ship, before placing your bid. Please specify if you will require shipping or not in the notes section, even if you qualify for free shipping but want to pick up. alternativley, Email us if you make any changes to that. We will ship all items on Monday following the auction close, and after the payment has been received. Descriptions of items will include any known defects or damages. Most items have been tested (where possible). Your Credit Card information will be used for verification purposes only at the time of Registration. Successful Bidders will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice for any amount owing within one hour of Auction close. Invoice amount owing is to be paid , in full, within 24 hours of Auction completion. Pick-up Dates and Times are Tuesday to Friday 11am to 5pm (EST) following auction close. Pick-up location is at 1386 Wallace rd unit 4, Oakville, Ontario, please drive around to the back of the building for pick up. If any of these pick up times do not work, simply email us at info@discount-hunters.ca to try an arrange a better pickup time. Returns are only accepted if the item does not match description, or does not work. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item by email info@discount-hunters.ca and we will infrom you on the necessary steps to return the item. IF you do not notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item, then a refund or return will not be applicable. Any purachases unclaimed will be held for a maximum of seven(7) days and a restocking fee of $25 CAD will be applied. Bidder might potentially receive a negative rating or be banned from bidding. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Diner, and AMEX, E-transfers, and cash.
