Auction Terms & Conditions 13% buyers premium charged on all lots. Credit cards on file will be charged the following business day. SHIPPING If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be invoiced seperately through a system called shipping saint. Within 12 hours of the auction you will receive a text and email from shipping saint. If you plan to pickup just reply to that text message or email stating your intentions of doing so, otherwise we will continue with the shipping quote. You will receive receive text messages & emails with updates through the shipping process and eventually get an invoice for shipping and handling. Just click on the link to submit payment for shipping and we will get the package on it's way. If you plan on picking the items up, please respond to the email or text message you receive within 12 hours of the auction. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect the items prior to bidding. In the event of an internet outage, cloudflare outage or any other type of internet problem that would prevent potential bidders from accessing the online bidding site and/or placing bids in the final minutes of the lot ending will result in the auction either being paused or restarted from the time of the outage forward. In the event the auction would need to be restarted the lots would be resold even if you received an automatic email after the auction stating you won. This is a rare event but if this where to happen this is the way it will be handled so that everyone has the same oppurtunity to buy the items. Shipping is available at buyers expense. BY REGISTERING FOR THIS AUCTION YOU ARE ENTERING A CONTRACT TO PAY FOR WON LOTS. IF WE DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM YOU AS TO WHETHER YOU ARE PICKING UP WE WILL ASSUME YOU WANT LOTS SHIPPED.

CREDIT CARDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR ABSENTEE AND ONLINE BIDDERS. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AND PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS (3 DAYS) OF AUCTION DAY THE NON-PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN ITEM(S) BEING FORFEITED BY BIDDER AND EITHER RETURNED TO CONSIGNOR OR RE-SOLD.

Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. PA Auction Center is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
