BIDDING: Bidding happens the most in the last minutes of the auction. Ensure you refresh your screen often during the closing minutes. SOFT CLOSE: When a bid is placed on an item in the final minutes of an auction sale, the auction end time will automatically be extended for an additional 2 minutes to prevent 'auction sniping'. The extension will continue until all the bids have stopped. MAX BID: We recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. A maximum bid is the highest amount you are willing to pay for an item, but also ensures that you will only pay the lowest amount possible to win the item. If other people bid on the item, the system will automatically raise the bid by the standard increments up to your maximum bid. The system will only use required funds to beat out the other bidder. PICKUP The email containing your invoice will provide a link for you to schedule a pickup time on Friday OR Saturday following the auction. Please schedule a time and pick up your items. Our policy is that we do not hold items for pickup outside scheduled times. We are now enforcing this strictly, and orders not picked up will be considered abandoned. In instances where this can not be done, All non picked items will be given to community donation centers before next auction day/date. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WILL PICK YOUR ITEMS OR LET US KNOW FOR SHIPPING OR DELIVERY. WE HAVE SERIOUS SPACE ISSUES. ITS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO KEEP THE UNPICK ITEMS MORE THAN 1 WEEK.
