The closing on this ONLINE auction has been puched back due to estate's selling quickly and the homes need to be cleared out is ASAP. Sorry for the date change. This ONLINE auction is in progress now. This is an Absolute auction with all bids starting at $2.50. All items are sold in as is condition. Pickup will be at the auction building in Rockdale.
Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases.
