TERMS and CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ) All items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. ***ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises. * *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Example: Auction ending THURSDAY, Pick-ups will be FRIDAY through SATURDAY ONLY from 10am to 6pm. *** THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT SINCE WE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUPS AFTER SATURDAY*** *** We do leave at 6pm and in the occasion that you are running slightly behind we would appreciate a call ahead to let us know so that you do not arrive and no one is available. Items can not be held after the last pick up day and will be considered abandoned. IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. ATX Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
