It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of those reserves. At the conclusion of the auction you will recieve an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is conluded and a full accounting is done. The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins. On rare occasions, an item may be sold that is no longer in inventory. This can happen due to a clerical error, damaged item, or shortage from our suppliers. In the event that an item is purchased that is no longer in inventory, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the item, plus any auction fees or taxes. The auction company will not be resposible for any other charges.
