Other forms of payment are excepted onlly if buyer is known by auctioneer and arrangements have been made prior to beginning of auction. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00pm CDST. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping will be available on lots unless specified in the description. Lots will be combined where possible for shipping at the descretion of auction staff as packing is conducted. Handling and shipping fees will be $12.50 per package plus all shipping charges and insurance. Charges for shipping, insurance and handling will come on a seperate invoice from Square. Auction company will not be responsible for damages received in shipping. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out time. Load Out will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021 10:00 - 2:00 pm CDT. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Your Way Auction Services reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR YOUR WAY AUCTION SERVICES SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
