Payment: There will be a 13% Buyers Premium charged. All sales subject to Indiana sales tax. Buyer waives the right to dispute or deny payment made with credit card. No items will be removed until payed for. Purchaser is responsible for the removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Any items left will be sold for storage and moving fees. Payment can be made prior to pickup by calling (765)458-5826. Pick-up: All items should be picked up at the scheduled date/time. Buyer should bring packing materials, boxes and help to load their items. Items not picked up within 7 days will become property of Abernathy Auction and Real Estate.
