All Items sold AS-IS with no refunds or exchanges
Preview is strongly encouraged
Items MUST be paid at end of auction - Credit Card registration is required - Unpaid or declined invoices will be continued charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid
Your card will be automatically charged at close of auction
Pick Up Sunday May 13 ONLY - from 9:00pm-5:00pm
Pick Up is by appointment only - You will get an email after the auction to book the appointment.
You need to show id to pick up your items
Items not picked up by load out time or items will be forfeit and re-auctioned and you will not get a credit
Shipping - we will ship your items to you at your cost - it may take 10 days to ship your items - we use a 3rd party shipping company, they will contact to arrange shipment.
Some items are customer exchanges and returns and may need some clean/repair or may not include all needed items or may be only used as parts - no refunds given -
Food items may be past expry date
Shipped items are not refundable if shipping is not paid - no refunds or credits will be issued
Stock photos may be used - Color may vary from said stock photo- and all parts or pieces may not be included - no refunds given for missing pieces or color variations
Stock photos do not indicate items are new
Sizes and conditions may be estimates or our opinion of condition - please do your own due diligence
Retail price stated may be full retail price or suggested price from the manufacture and not current sale price
Items may have a reserve price, which is an undisclosed price an item will not sell for less then, auctioneer or auction software may bid on behalf of the seller
All items sold as-is, where is - No returns or exchanges
By purchasing any item sold by Liquidate AZ, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Liquidate AZ. for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.
18.5% BP and sales tax added to total amount .
Pallet Items have a $10 additional pallet fee - Pallet fees are non refundable
You must bring you own loading help - and supplies - tubs are not included but will be charged a $3 fee per
Charge backs are prohibited - you agree not to charge back your credit card under any circumstances
Any issues with your auctions items has to be brought up and documented at time of pickup - No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued after you leave the auction location.
All Firearms must be picked up a Local FFL Dealer - or Shipped to a FFL Dealer - You will be required to pay a $25 Transfer fee on Firearms as well as shipping costs
Any Motorized vehicles over $1000 will be charged $1000 as a deposit with the remained due either wire transfer or cash.
