As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given dates. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than Monday, June 28th, 2021 unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to the auction closing.
