Spring Outdoor Auction 2021
Terms of the sale are cash, good check or (credit card w/4% surcharge) For online bidding payment will be by wire transfer, cash or good check if approved by auction company prior to auction closing date. There is a 5% buyers premium, with a $1,000 cap, for onine buyers. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made within two business days of auction close. For online bidding payment will be by wire transfer, cash or good check if approved by auction company prior to auction closing date.
Payment must clear before equipment can be removed. Pickup will be on day of auction until 6 pm or Monay May 17th from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm or by appointment. We have loaders to assist with loading. If buyers need large equipment hauled we can assist by contacting local haulers.
