Lot # : 1 - Important Auction Information: Please Read

1. Click on the auction info tab to find all information about this auction including where this auction is being held , how to book a preview appointment and when the mandatory pick up dates are. 2. Mandatory pick up dates are not flexible. Please do not bid if you can't pick up during the allocated pick up times. Storage and disposal fees are strictly enforced and will be applied for not picking up within the scheduled pick-up days. 3. Shipping is available for lots that fit into USPS Flat Rate Box. If you are unsure, ASK prior to bidding. 4. Most of the auction bidding happens in the closing minutes of the auction so it is to your benefit to try and be online and watch the auction close. Since no computer technology is perfect, it is recommended that you refresh your screen once and awhile if you are not in the live catalog. You will know if you are in the live catalog when you see the seconds counting down, otherwise you MUST refresh your screen, or you will not have the most up to date information. 5. In the event of a tie bid (2 bidders entering the same bid amount) the winning bid is always awarded to the person who entered their bid first. So, if you enter a bid of $50 and the current HiBid is now $50 and it says you are Outbid that would mean someone else entered a $50 bid before you and the system recognize them as the high bidder. 6. All Washington Estate Liquidaiton Online Auctions use a soft close that prevents auction sniping software from auto bidding in the last seconds. In a real auction the bidding is over when the bidding stops and that is what the soft close does. If an item is scheduled to end at 7:05 and a bid comes in in the last 2 minutes, that item will be extended by 2 additional minutes to a 7:07 closing time. This gives other bidders time to react and enter another bid if they so desire. This continues until there are no bids in the last 2 minutes which signifies that all the bidders are done and the auction ends. 7. If you log into your account and see "You May Have Won" this actually means YOU WON. If you see "Outbid" this means you lost. This is how our system works so please understand that "YOU MAY HAVE WON" means you indeed won. 8. Credit Cards are charged and email notifications, including Paid/Unpaid invoices are sent out immediatly following the auction close. Since email is still very unreliable and today's email filters block, flag, or direct emails with attachments to junk folders, it is your responsibility to check your account to see if you won and attend during the pick-up times that are posted in the auction details page. Wa Estate Liquidation has no way of knowing whether you received your emailed invoice or not. Stating you did not receive an email does not exempt you from late fees so please check your email account. 9. When you are logged in, at the top of the top of the page by the WA Estate Liquidation Logo you will see 3 colored buttons with numbers in them. GREEN means how many auctions you are winning, Yellow means how many bids you have pending approval, RED means how many auctions you have been outbid on and BLUE is how many auctions you are watching. If you click any of those buttons you can easily see which items you are winning, losing or watching and even place bids from those screens. Those screens are not part of the auction live feed, so you will have to refresh the page to have the most updated bidding information. 10.
