If we do not hear from you by Noon on May 20 your credit card on HIBid will be charged and your items will be considered abandoned and will be resold without refund to you. 5. Buyers new to Zettlemoyer Auction Co. shall pay all accounts over $2,000 by cashier's check, cash or wire transfer. Payment on all titled vehicles shall be by cash, cashier's check, wire transfer. Current customer payments may be by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash (exact amount), check, cashier's check or wire transfer. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card. 7. All sales are final, there shall be no refunds or returns for any reasons. There shall be no "charge backs" or refusals of payment for any reason. There shall be a $25 reprocessing fee for any "insufficient funds" or "expired credit card" encountered when your credit card is processed - please verify with HiBid.com that the card you have on file with them is current, accurate and has enough funds to completely cover your purchase. 8.
