Description
SRS Auction Services has been commissioned to liquidate the contents of the Shelton’s Estate. Mr. & Mrs. Shelton have sold their home and are relocating for work to South, Texas. This home has lots of very pretty items and unfortunately for us some of the items were purchased by the new owners as part of the real estate deal but there are still some GREAT things here for the auction. All of the items from this home are clean and seem to be very well maintained. This home is smoke free but was pet friendly. ALL of the items from the Shelton Estate are being sold with NO RESERVE and you will NOT want to miss what they have to offer. We must get everything sold and off the property since the new owners are ready to take possession shortly after the action ends. Added to the great line up from the Shelton’s are a few loose ends from previous estates. As we sell out estates for different families we sometimes miss items and have decided to put them with this estate to make the auction even better and to wrap up those loose ends.
All items are sold as is, where is. Pick-up for this auction will be Tuesday, June 29th and Wednesday, June 30th from 10 AM to 6 PM. There is not a lot of parking or space to move around on the property so we will more than likely be manning the gate and allowing only a few cars in at a time. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this situation. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. Payment by cash or check is subject to a 10% buyer’s premium and payment by credit card is subject to a 15% buyer’s premium. Shipping will be available for this online auction but it will be limited. If you NEED shipping you MUST contact us before placing your bids for shipping approval. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up days and times or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.

Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. Shipping will be available for this online auction but it will be VERY limited. If you NEED shipping you MUST contact us before placing your bids. If you fail to reach out about shipping we reserve the right to cancel your bid.
Shipping is limited and charges are as follows… A handling fee of $6.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. For each packaged box larger than 12x12x12 there will be an additional $10.00 per box fee. This fee will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and my time to package and prepare the items accordingly. I will do my best to package your item for the most protection during shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. Buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or through UPS. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail.
