Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Plain-View Online Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction. PAYMENT: Cash, Cashier's Check, or good Personal Checks made out to Immanuel Lutheran School are accepted forms of payment. A 3.5% service charge will be added to invoices being paid with a credit card. NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAID FOR. For items selling over $1,000, personal checks must clear bank first and arrangements must be made for pickup. If payment is not received by May 2, the credit card on file will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.
