" PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4;00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
* Methods of payment are cash, transfer money using the Zelle App. Or PayPal App.
" When the lot has a multiplication sign followed by a number (x2), this indicates the lot is being sold "times the money". Times the money means that the bidder pays the bid amount times the number of items in the lot. It is the bidder's responsibility to understand the manner in which items are being sold.

" Any items not removed by the end of the last day, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.
