All items sold as-is where-is. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE. We do not offer load out service on this auction All items must be paid for before removal. Any item left after end of load out times posted will be considered unwanted and auction comapny will take possession. UNLESS other arrangements have been made for alternate day of pick up. Inspection day will be held April 7, 4-6pm at 12560 E. Dix-Texico Rd., Texico Illinois Cash, Check and credit Card accepted. There is a 3.5% fee added to total for use of credit card. Please note buyer's premium as you are bidding. There's a 10% buyer's premium added to your high bid.
